Human resources professionals, especially those engaged in the fields of compensation and benefits management, are encouraged to become an active part of the Bluegrass Compensation Association.

- Through the Allen D. Engle Human Resources Scholarship, BCA
encourages students to pursue a career in the human resources profession by awarding a scholarship for study in the field.
- You will receive discounts on WorldatWork certification seminars and exams sponsored by BCA and WorldatWork affiliates in nearby cities.
