A high percentage of employees are being under served when it comes to
meeting their individual financial planning needs through voluntary benefits.
Because many employers lack the knowledge of due-diligence when implementing
a voluntary benefits strategy, "benefit blunders" are often the
resulting unintended consequences. As the 2007 Employee Benefit Advisor of
the Year and a subject matter expert in the financial planning needs of the
American workforce, Dale's presentation will be informative and convicting.
